Mr. Sanford is director and chief strategist, Space Initiatives in the Global Government Solutions Group at Cisco. Previously at Cisco he served as chief operating officer, Cisco IRIS; director of Space and Intelligence; intelligence alliance manager; intelligence business development manager; regional director of Intelligence Community Sales; and account manager. Before joining Cisco, Sanford served as deputy director for the Counter Narcotics Command Management System with the Diplomatic Telecommunications Service Program Office and Electronic Cryptographic Systems and equipment specialist with the U.S. Air Force 7th Communications Group. He has also worked as an account executive at Timeplex Federal Systems in the Intelligence Community and program manager/sustaining engineer for BBN Communications.
